You need to be enrolled in eStatements as of August 9, 2024. If you haven’t done so yet, you can opt-in to eStatements using any of the three ways described below. If you already receive cPort eStatements, you are automatically entered into the contest. Winners will be announced following Member Appreciation Week in August. Good luck!
Three ways to Opt-in to eStatements
cPort eBanking
1. Log-in to your cPort eBanking Account.
2. Hover over the "Accounts" menu item and click "eStatements".
3. Click "Subscribe"(it would state "Unsubscribe" if you’re already enrolled).
4. Read and agree to the disclosure.
cPort Mobile App
1. Log-in to the cPort Mobile App on your mobile device.
2. Go to "eDocs" and click "Settings" at the top right corner.
3. Click "Subscribe"(it would state "Unsubscribe" if you’re already enrolled).

cPort Member Care
A Member Care representative is happy to guide you through the opt-in process in any of the following ways:
1. Call us at 1-800-464-0253 and let a Member Care team member know you want to opt into eStatements.
2. Request help using cPort's Online Chat Support feature in eBanking or the cPort Mobile App.
3. Send us a message through the eBanking Message Center.
*This sweepstakes is subject to the cPort Credit Union Sweepstakes Rules. All members that are enrolled in eStatements and have all accounts in good standing as of August 9, 2024 at 4 PM will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. There will be 3 winners drawn, each receiving one $1,000.00 prize. Prizes will be deposited into the primary savings account of the winner within 30 days of notice of winning. Any winner that has unenrolled from eStatements or is no longer in good standing at the time the prize will be distributed will be deemed ineligible, and a new winner will be chosen.
